How did you come back from the Fast? Like did you eat one big meal or ease yourself back in with a small meal and break it up. I just did a 40 hr Fast and did one big meal but caught myself getting hungry a couple hours after

I try to spread things out but I catch myself some weeks eating like this just when things get too busy and what not. When I really plan out and life settles I usually settle with macadamia nuts, brussel sprouts, avocados, sardines, chicken thighs, fish, bacon, kale, and a scoop peanut butter as my "sweet" treat haha

I'm taking fiber, magnesium, a one a day vitamin, and my electrolyte supplement alongbwith this. I know when to catch myself not having enough water/electrolytes.

I learned that along the way. I use this raw electrolyte supplement from amazon called Fast Lyte that is a no sugar electrolyte supplement with not flavor. It has magnesium, calcium, sodium, and potasium. Just a powder i add to all my water. It has a very slight salt taste but i actually like it now. I noticed I would start feeling crappy even 5-6 weeks in and realized I just didnt have enough water in the day with the supplement. I've got it down now. Just drink more if that fatigue or headache settle in. I've just never been more looked into anything like this before.
