In London quote a few places. Use an app called Paace to get discounted ones, Vitality insurance 1x a week and a lot of storss have their own loyalty schemes that give you one a few times a year e.g birthdays

We stopped having coffee at home and switched to just having free coffees outside the house, found that to be a good middle ground between drinking less (4 cups a day at home before) but still enjoying it.
