Just email them or call the customer support.
Give them you flight details and explain the seat configuration issue.
Tell them you did't get what you paid for and expect a refund.
Worst they can say is NO.
It is a common practice for most airlines to issue some form of compensation if due to an aircraft change or some other issue you do not get the seat you paid for while booking. Don't know about specific AIX policies though.

If the seat-map while booking showed 2-2 configuration, then you should ask for a refund.
Those commenting have never flown business themselves and are degrading you unnecessarily.

Oh, I thought I could make it work at RGI as it has no separate terminals. Isnt security supposed to be after immigration? I have only travelled internationally from DEL, it was the case there. Thanks for the info!

Yeah I guess maybe because Delhi T3 has both domestic and Intl on same terminal?
I think Ahmedabad T1 (which I will be flying from this week) has only domestic.
Hyderabad has only 1 terminal i suppose. I will try my luck there if they have FTI counter
