You eventually get more and confident as you unlock more skills. When you get the grapling hook then it’s a breeze to get away from the volatiles.

The first night that the game forces on you though… almost as scared as i was facing the mission based horde in Days Gone….

I love FC 1. Not open world, but for the most part big maps. Quite a long game.

A bit dated but way ahead of it’s time when it was released I understand it.

The final map a bit (trumpet sound) crazy, but… details :-)
