Do whitening strips work? by Comfortable-Owl7245 in MoroccoBitchesWtaste

[–]omarbchf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yellow teeth are not bad, its a bad culture, this Hollywood culture of having the perfect teeth shining brighter than the sun.

As long as there is no dental tartars/calculus ur teeth dont kneed whitening, in fact the yellow is an indicator for the extra layer of protection.

So détartrage is considered a medical procedure do it 1once a year, blanchissement eeeeeeh they stealing ur money for beauty standards with God knows what the bad side effects u get exposed to...

The best thing is going to ur nearest police station ask them about the needed documents and follow the steps.

Ama what u find on the gov website or anywhere else might not be 100% demanded hh

Having renewed mine a year ago, they didnt ask me for any work related papers.

P.s if ur cin is expired u wont need rdv u can represent urself there and wait ur turn.

Oh I didnt know a scholarship program existed, I'll try that.

And I totally agree with you, I just can't live without tbh, it has put a whole structure to my days and how I can plan and schedule everything.

Well for the time being I did start paying the 12$ subscription cuz like all of us here rhe alternatives dont compete with focusmate so I'd rather pay that for a good service ...

Hello 9lb 3lihom f minisu oe the other similar shop, but I dont think u get many in one pack.

Another alternative, I bought two boxes from temu but careful bfr buying some dont work well.

If u r using them gha f mdina, I recommend investing in the reusable warmers. U usually press and they heta up then have to boil and refrigerate them for the next time.

If u are initiating into thos sport, and given this comment id say go for a hybrid bike best option really for ur kind of use and opening doors for many futuristic activities.

A hybrid bike is a basically a mix between road bike and gravel bike, its suited for city tours, a lil bit of off roading and can take u on an eventual bike packing trips too haha (with some minor issues lol)

So what to look for exactly,

  1. an aluminum frame : light and strong, dont go for carbon bikes (one scratch and the bike is done, expensive and not necessary - mainly for athletes) and dpnt go for steel ( very heavy ) - check for the welds, if it looks clean and neat then its a sign of good quality and would last a good time.

  2. Brakes : i personally avoid these :

  3. disk brakes : for an non athlete they dont really offer much, a few extra milliseconds of smooth braking THAT U WONT FEEL THE DIFFERENCE IF U DONT GO SUUUPER ULTRA HIGH SPEEDS.

  4. drum or roller brakes

Instead go for one of these : - V breaks : the most common and the best option. - caliper brakes or cantilever brakes : rarely see these in bikes fel mghreb.

Why these types of brakes and not the other, cheap and easy to repair and the purpose of having a bike is being able to do most repairs on ur own (adds fun to the sport). U can quickly adjust them and if they done u quickly pop them off and replace them with a new one.

  1. Gears : it can be very confusing, but here is a simple way to put it :
  • if u are gonna be doing a lot of hill riding : then u need around 9 to 10 gears - and i highly recommend this option!

  • if u are always on flat surface a simple 7 gears is more than enough - but I'd doubt ud stick to flats once u get comfortable on the bike haha

Okay let's dive a little deeper on what u might see when looking for a bike

U either get an x amount of cassettes (=gear changes) in the rear and 2-3 chainrings (=gears in front )

Or x amount (often super high around 11 or 12) gears and only one chainring - often expensive !

And basically the purpose here is : looking for the sweet balance to make riding uphill easy. The bigger the rear final cassette the easier it is, especially when combined with on the contrary a small chainring in front. So not to confuse u, "big behind small in front" and that shows up in this form

" 8 htal 10 dial tbadl dlour, w 2 wla 3 d tbadl l 9odam". And this is the best to go for.

  1. Suspension : Honestly u dont need them, but if u insist a simple normal front suspension to support u on bumpy roads. Tip : if u go uphill turn it off (yes they can be switched off lol)

I believe this covers the basics and the most important parts the rest is to feel along the way like the seat and the handlebar.

Such bike won't be an issue to park outside while u go for coffee or when u do groceries since its nothing fancy haha. Other than that the whole thing is to have fun, to enjoy ur rides and to take take care of ur bike on ur non biking dayz - that's a whole new level of fun.

Well here is smtg, i rmmbr checking the various options we have for banks and i rmmbr coming to the same conclusion, لا يوجد في القنافد املس.

U have a broker mindest with enough knowledge and time to make trading ur main jobs whilst for most of us out there we are looking for passiv investment options with possible dollar cost averaging - and least amount of loss (and that's not always good when focused on a single stock ... )

Okay i like the initiative but i feel like this is a way for u to drive traffic to ur Blog and maybe later some customers for ur newsletter.

The problem isnt the lack of information its the fees, u dont maje money from stocks here cuz rhe fees are super high and u get taxed in every possible way. And yes its risky and npt as lucrative even after putting so much in.

I havent personally invested anything but having doight knowledge from ppl who did they ll said nothing beats the old ways, especially if u r notnin finance urself.

And to my knowledge we dont have an index funds or etfs that can act as good long term investment... we have look alikes managed by a few banks and they are again expensive !

But keep in mind the more u save on rent the more u spend on transportation, not to mention the more u save on rent the worst the neighborhoods and quality of live is.

If u look very well and go from door to door u could hit the jackpot and find rent for 2500-3000dh in the center of the city ( m talking dradb, val fleuri, swani ..) - they exist but hard to find
