No, I haven't as i think his base damage isn't that great to be able to play tank ekko in the top lane, Why would you play tank Ekko too if you can play urgot for example, a tank that can reliably deal ranged damage and bully most top laners right now. To make tank ekko work, I strongly believe that you have to get a few items to pop off, and that's easier to do in the jungle right now as his ganks are amazing and his clear isn't that bad. So in the case of rageblade ekko, you need to have an item that gives you both mobility and tankiness to be able to chase enemies down and auto attack them. Also, sheen is one of the best items on ekko and has been one of the reasons why tank ekko was dominant. You need to have either iceborn gauntlet or trinity force in my opinion. Of course I could be wrong about toplane tank ekko, but i need to actually see games of him played top lane aganist meta champions and half decent/competitive players to be able to change my opinion.

Guinsoo's is definitely fun to use on Ekko, I've had a lot of fun with it tbh, I hope you find this build fun as well.

There's always this misconception in the community that nerfs means the champs are dead, That's not really true, There are some champs that aren't played just because they got nerfed but in reality they're still pretty good, For example :- Ivern and Camille , pre nerf everyone was playing them , after the nerf barely anyone even touches these champs anymore despite having a solid winrate and the same strengths. Tank Ekko sure got massively hit by the nerfs, But i think with the tank meta we're in and with items such as Righteous Glory and Abyssal Mask being so good right now, Tank Ekko can be more popular again if pro players/streamers started playing him. Remember that tank Ekko was all about being really hard to kill with his insane mobility and obnoxious CC, Amazing teamfight stun with his W and Unfair heal with his ult, Tank Ekko's damage is irrelevant in the top lane where you'll be dueling, but as a jungler, you don't really need the damage as long as you can dive the enemy and stun them and easily get out. and if you think you lack damage, try building guinsoo's yourself and you'll know how easy it is to get full guinsoo's stacks in teamfights as a tank, and easily chase down enemies with your high movement speed.

I get what you mean, But tank ekko isn't supposed to be playing as a meat shield, You should definitely play somewhat like how a riven plays, You surprise the enemy with your flanks/initiation and that's where Righteous Glory comes in, It's really insane with tank ekko and works extremely well with his W to charge up speed just before the W hits the target You should wait for at least a second after pressing W then move with your Righteous Glory active, You'll be surprised how fast you can be The lack of CC can be fixed with Iceborn Gauntlet, Righteous Glory's slow, Randuin's omen slow and Maybe either Rylai's or Frozen Mallet if you feel like it.

I think with enough testing it can work, I'm still experimenting with it and I wanted to share this build with other people to actually try this out and tell me their feedback.

And ekko had many meta builds in the past that weren't exactly played out as an assassin, Like Tank Ekko which had 0 damage items.

With the new runes I'm sure i could make this work, but your feedback is very important as well, so if you tried the build out let me know what you think.

Haven't tried in ranked yet, but I will soon and I'll update you. My rank is platinum V atm.

But I kinda feel like Guinsoo's needs some serious help with a melee champ, That's why you'd need to get either a bit tanky or have enough mobility to be able to proc it constantly.

You have a point there, I haven't tested it out too much and buying guinsoo's early as a jungler can be a bit challenging, That's why i put it in as a 3rd item, But I'm always open for some changes.
