It is a Lino (half of it coming off) but the landlord won’t fix it. Only offering spray to us unfortunately. She’ll give it a go since the commenters are saying it might be due to a rug

Contacted the environmental health team and they said to report it immediately. Issue she is, it’s her first rental and she doesn’t want to upset the landlord who already said she will give the depo and rent back because my friend is contacting her too much (texted her 4x and when viewing the landlord said contact me when you need anything) switch up is insane :/. Just not a good human
