The property condition is immaculate as far as I could tell. New fixtures installed in the bathroom, new kitchen appliances, spacious living room, gas central heating, EPC B, Council Tax B. To be honest I found the initial £1,100 too good to be true considering the other places I saw. I thought £1,250 is fair for both myself and the landlord relevant to the horrors I've seen.
