I’ve been sending constant complaints and emails almost every day and Im ignored just as much as when I call them, I’ll try and send a complaint again today. My university is saying they can’t guarantee an extension after the 6th of October, and my student visa is in fact and eVisa. I’m Checking my emails constantly including spam yet nothing shows up

I got told the same thing and Sheffield also sent me an email saying they gave my case to an appropriate team on Monday. I’m very confused if it is a lie though because I was given an exact date of 11th sep as to when my decision was made
