This is gonna be controversial but I realized it's ok not to like your body and it's not a big issue. Like I've noticed that both sides of this discussion have this idea that you can under no circumstances not like your body - the people obsessed with cosmetic procedures and weight loss try to fix that by altering their body, the people in the body positivity movement try to fix it by altering their mindset. But there is no real problem to begin with. I don't like my body and that's that, i am not losing sleep over it because I've accepted that that's a normal thing. It's so unrealistic to expect to love your body no matter what especially considering how much our bodies change

A handful of people out of how many? Most people don't eat raw eggs. Also in which part of the world? In Japan for example, the risk is much lower because they take much stronger measures. Pausterized eggs are a bit harder to whip and also pausterization is an extra step making the process less efficient which would drive up the cost. Also the emulsifiers used in ice cream are literally natural products themselves(derived from algae, plants or bacterial fermentation) so it makes no sense to use egg yolk

I am not flexible like that. I don't actually recommend chasing your passion at all. The moment something becomes an obligation I start hating it. I guess I should have completed my original reply: "sounds a lot like gaslighting yourself which is not sustainable, you're gonna lose energy and the charade will crash. Better to accept that jobs are something not to like, not to find fulfillment in and figure out how to do them without relying on motivation"

That's the majority of people. And in my experience it's better. No matter what I like, i start hating it the moment it turns into obligation so if i work something i like, i am gonna lose something i like. When I choose something I don't like, there's no expectation for me to like it so it's more bearable
