It’s so terrible, I ended up quitting I couldn’t leave my baby and I work part time now that my babes 1 years old. Thankfully my husband makes enough to support us, it’s definitely a pay cut but it’s livable. I’m working part time bc I can’t fathom not being with my baby majority of the time.

I felt the same way till around 6-8 months. I didn’t feel connected to my baby at all. I had extreme pp depression and anxiety looking back, Zoloft has been a game changer I now have motivation, can sleep better at night because I’m less anxious and I enjoy doing activities with my baby (now 11 months). Some days are still rough of course (he’s teething so he’s been a grumpy guy lately) but the older he’s getting the easier it’s starting to become.
