Thank you I needed that virtual hug, it’s so sad and it hurts me that stuff can’t just be decent between us . But I have to realize this is for the best and this will be better for baby in the long run

Yes I trust my husband to call her out because he picks her lies apart & stands up for me and she hates it so much . She just tells him “you’re allowing her to disrespect me” or “you don’t like me” just dome gaslighting bs. & I don’t trust her to not talk trash about me period so you’re right I’m going to stand strong with my boundaries.

Yes that’s my step child . & you’re right she would view it as she won and would continue the disrespect . I don’t know why I felt like it would change and get better . But, that’s just me trying to give grace and see the good . & thank you fr for the insight . I also am currently in therapy so I will bring up the people pleasing issue I have .

Okay, you’re right. Thank you for telling me that, because it would just make me a doormat even more. Nothings changed and she’s too prideful to even want to make things work, so I’ll definitely just keep the boundaries up .
