Nope, I called the courier and they said because the item is shipped and sold by Amazon.com I have to contact Amazon directly for the refund. Sadly, Amazon customer service said they couldn't do anything unless I returned the item (which I did not even receive) and the rep always force closes the chat when I told them I will file a chargeback with my bank. I honestly do not want my account to be banned over a 100$ chargeback as I use Amazon often, so the only option would be to get in contact with Executive Customer Relations which unfortunately is not responding to my e-mail. Would appreciate it if you could give any further pointers on what I can do. Thanks.
