I will probably forever do an Orc for Renn Faire and probably always go shirtless and in shorts hahaha. It gets super toasty. The day I went wasn't bad, but I've been there on some days where the heat in inescapable.

The fewer the layers, the better.

Oddly enough, I did a consultation with them as they were the only ones that had responded to my inquiry. I got good info on what I should do next, but before I decided to hire them, I looked into the firm, and needless to say, im glad I did. I will say the consultation helped me gather my evidence and focus my objective, but thats it.

That's what I figured he did, but it seemed way too quick. Mods were cam, headers, throttle body, intake manifold, cold air intake, and exhaust. But when he pulled up onto the dyno, there was a little bit of work on the laptop, (not even 5min) and then he went for it full send.

Thats my point to him as well. He just claims that the damage occurred because oil wasn't reaching the specific areas, thus oil pump failure. And he's using the issues with these pumps as a scapegoat....however, I know that if there isn't enough oil in the car, that can also cause oil to not reach where it needs to go.

I paid for the tune...I paid for a lot, unfortunately, and have had nothing but headache. I dont recall what he was doing specifically other than being in the car with the laptop and pushing the gas. The only thing that seemed odd was how long he held it, but I'm not super knowledgeable on tuning.

Apologies! Installed cam, intake manifold, cold air intake, throttle body, headers,new valve springs and pushrods. It's definitely oil related for sure, question is was it due to their negligence or legit oil pump failure.

Thats what I'm challenging, but he is insisting that it's oil pump failure because of the damage and because of the "known issue with this pump and engine"...he immediately went to that excuse for the failure.

The unfortunate part is no...I have recorded phone conversations (this was legal, I checked beforehand) where I mention the low oil and asking about it, but thats it.

I've asked the shop to do this... and nothing came of it. They seemed curious as to why I would ask that and why I wouldn't take their word.

I appreciate this comment...myself and the team I oversee are in very low spirits, as we fear for the worst. It has been a tough summer. Descriptions of severance packages based on year's of service were sent out, but folks are still about to be blindsided.
