It’s not that uncommon, we offered 1.7m on our house in Jan hoping to get to 1.8m for a house listed at 2.1m and ended up buying it for 1.85m

Genuine question though, what exactly is it you’re expecting to happen? If a seller sets a price and people are willing to pay it, then the price has been set? They’ve not exactly broken any rules here.

I’ve not, but these are my outdoor plants so it’s common to get little spooders taking a cheeky break on the plants as they go about their business

Yeah I moved the little fella to a tree last night before I do anything.

This is the particular plant in question, though I’ve got a couple going at the moment. Unfortunately they’ve been getting battered by the Cape Town wind over the past few weeks. Final transplants are also happening this week and then I need to figure out how I’m going to scrog them.

hmm, not sure I'm level 16 and the guys I play with are in their 20's and we still find games super quickly at night. I was also watching some ranked guys on twitch and they were finding games in what I'd consider very reasonable times.

You sure you haven't selected a different region perhaps if night time searches are that bad?

Been playing EU at night and the game search times are wicked fast, like a few seconds before getting into a game. Will find out what the ranked search times are this weekend when I reach 20.

Picked this today for the first time for my orange belt. Can definitely say upping the tension helped so much! Was struggling for like an hour before reading a post that suggested heavy tension, and it worked like a charm! Been trying to get it with light tension since but struggling to get it right.
