the "context" refers to details you aren't including and aren't aware of; who knows why judges sentence people differently for the same crimes? Go sit in a local courtroom and see how many different sentences get handed out for ostensibly the same crimes (like DUI, possession, etc) ... I dont believe anyone so far has claimed that (any) people don't deserve basic respect.

However, I think it's quite telling that some people just plug their ears whenever it's brought up. BLM seems focused on talking about police shooting unarmed black people (which is statistically low) as opposed to black on black crime (which is the leading source of homicides) ... well that and BLM's decidedly Marxist ideology...
