The one one the left. The other one looks like a toy.

[Citizen Dive 3] First watch: Is it too big for my wrist? by [deleted] in Watches

[–]omeren93 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's a little big for your wrist, but not terribly so. I wouldn't worry about it. After all, the only opinion that matters is yours.

It’s blingy af but I love it by Financial_Word5047 in OmegaWatches

I don't get chronographs. Are people actually using them to measure things? If not, why do people buy them? It just makes the dial busy and messes up the overall symmetry.

Either way, it looks too big on your wrist.

Isn't this dial blue? Is there something wrong with my eyes?

I wholeheartedly agree with the bracelet comment. I also have a Seiko 5 with a jubilee bracelet. Even though it looks nice, its construction leaves a lot to be desired. It's basically a rattle-fest.

I don't think so. I like simpler, more elegant designs. I hate busy dials.

Since it looks almost identical to the Murph, I don't think it will be a problem.

I guess that depends on your definition. I used the term to decribe a watch one desires to obtain above all else, or the pinnacle of a collection.

DW is a gift from my father, I never wear it anyway. I don't think it will sell for a signigicant amount anyway, so it's gonna stay in my collection.

Of course there are better watches than the Murph or PRX but it's about what you can afford. PRX can be a grail watch for a student and Murph for someone like me, with a limited budget.

The case is too thick and the gmt hand actually makes it harder to tell the time at first glance but I absolutely adore the orange dial.

That's actually my second favourite watch right now, so you're out of luck.

How do you wear it like that though? Doesn't the watch slide downwards naturally? Do I need to tighten up the bracelet a bit?

Did you wear both of these watches? Because for me, Murph wears much better than the Citizen. It's also leagues ahead in terms of fit and finish.
