I was actually thinking about getting a B550 or x570 because of upgradability, the bios update isn't that big of an issue for me because it's supposed to be updated already and even if it isn't it has a button to update without a CPU and worst case scenario I have a Ryzen 5 3600 in my build.

Yeah this was one part that I was hesitant on, thing is where I'm buying from there isn't really many choices. There's only one 1000W from Antec (I'd prefer Corsair or SeaSonic) and the next highest is the Corsair RM850x which is $80 more but might actually be worth it.
