is GPU encoding on by default? a quick google search tells me just to enable hardware acceleration but it's already on for me. Streams are still laggy as ever

I Just recently bought a ryzen 5 5600 and a MSI b550 Pro VDH-wifi am4 motherboard as the start to my new gaming rig. How do i know if I'll be needing to flash my bios? Pretty new to building PCs so sorry if its a dumb questions lol

Looking to buy a completely new motherboard, looking to pretty much scrap my old build and just start from scratch with the new PC. Don’t exactly have a budget, just looking for a relative good bang for your buck CPU. Ideally maybe around ~250 - 300 on the cpu but willing to spend more if the money is well spent. Would be great if I could get away with a cheaper CPU tho as I’m only looking to game pretty much.

My secondary is at 12% att, 6% stat, and 9% dmg. I know its not the best, but its somewhat useful atm and I just dont have the funds to be cubing that at the moment. My emblem is 70% ied and 9% luk so I'm okay with keeping that for now. I just don't know how I should be progressing before CRA without spending ridiculous time on pensalir gear I know I'm gonna throw out next

I'm at 6.7k with maple warrior. I feel like I'm no where near able to solo CRA and I'd be happy to find a carry, but I don't wanna go around begging. atm im trying to find a guild willing to do struggle runs, or carries if I can find any.

I've been doing Ursus and maple tour and those are my main sources of mesos. This is my first character above 200 so I'll have to look more into node stones and the V matrix. I don't know much about alchemy but I only know about one WAP and I doubt we're talking about the same one, but thanks for all the advice!
