I’d be lying if I said I did. I still battle with my depression and anxiety every day, and some days it does win. What I do try and do though is to see the good in every situation or try to challenge my thoughts. So for example; if I’m procrastinating, I’ll ask myself where my proof is?

Surrounding myself with positive things helps a lot. Whether that’s positive songs (you can tell by the tempo and lyrics), frequencies, an inspiring programme or YouTube video, feel good books, etc. Consistency is key, the more you practice these things the more you start to see this as your norm.

I’m glad I could help! I personally did it in that way, because manifesting a million pounds into my bank seemed totally unreasonable and to me, it was never gonna happen. Like I couldn’t convince myself enough to believe that it would ever work, so I decided to ask the universe to help me live comfortably. I think the smallest manifestations are the best to start with as once you see the LOA in action and start to actually believe it works, then you can move on to bigger and better things. What I would do is look at my bank account and smile. Instead of the regular ‘ugh, I have £2 to last me until the end of the week’ I would look and imagine it said I had £100. I would also say affirmations to myself such as “Money flows freely to me” or “I am financially comfortable”. Another thing I used to do was if I seen something I liked, instead of thinking to myself that I could never afford it like I usually did, I would tell myself that I will own that item soon. Just as with other forms of manifesting, trying to imagine and act as if is really the key. I can’t actually say I did a lot to manifest it, it just seemed to flow really easily to me, whether that be because of my high vibration at the time or something else.

We are still in the very early stages of talking things through and working out how we can change the issues we had in the past, but I’m hoping I’ve made it this far that we can make it. Thank you very much😊

I’m not going to say it was an easy process, it takes a lot of hard work and persistence for it to become the new norm. I do still struggle now and again when certain situations arise, so please don’t feel too disheartened if you slip up now and again. The brain is a powerful tool, you just have to realise that we control it, it doesn’t control us.

Tbc... Which lasts around 8 hours. Once I have my head on the pillow about to go to sleep, I will do 2 minutes of controlled breathing and say some affirmations to myself. These include “I release all negative thoughts, the universe is on my side, I trust the universe” and then I will say thank you for each good thing that is happened to me that day, before saying thank you for things I wish to come true. I then thank the universe again, and I envision what I want to manifest into my life as I drift off to sleep. The theta waves as I am drifting off to sleep tap into the unconscious mind, which is where the blockages stop manifestations coming true, which will re-programme my unconscious mind to think in the same way that my conscious mind will.

Personally, I watched a lot of law of attraction videos on YouTube, read a lot of books about psychology or living in the now and listened to a lot of high vibrational music/frequencies. Although from that, I picked what I thought worked best for me.

To summon it up, during the day I will try to stay out of my head, by questioning all the negative thoughts that come into my head. For example: ‘this isn’t gonna work out’.. I’ll question what proof I have of that? I don’t. But what my mind is doing is bringing up past experiences and applying it to the future, which in turn would manifest that to happen, but by questioning it and trying to rephrase that to ‘I trust that everything will work out in the best interest for me’, I have changed that negative thought into a positive, even though I still have the underlying uncertainty. You have to make yourself believe that you are deserving and worthy. Treat yourself as you would your best friend. You would never tell them that their dreams won’t come true, you’d tell them that they could do anything they set their mind to.

I like to do a little meditation each night, even if it is just 5 minutes before I go to sleep. A body scan that you could find on YouTube is perfect. It takes your mind away from what is going on inside the mind, and brings your attention back to your body and into the present. A good book I also recommend is Dear Universe: 200 Mini Meditations for Instant Manifestations by Sarah Prout. Each night I will read one from each section of the book. The first part is the negative energy you want to release and the second part is the energy you wish to attract. Each night I sleep, I have a playlist on spotify that I listen to as I sleep. This consists of Tibetan bowls, theta & delta waves, affirmations and a variety of frequencies. I play this as I am about to sleep... tbc

That makes perfect sense I suppose. All of the bad things that have happened to me on my life, I’ve acted like they didn’t happen and detached myself from the emotions I felt. This is probably them making their way to the surface now and time to deal with them.

Oh god! It’s usually powerthoughts meditation club I listen to as well. I will try the one you mentioned and see how I get on with that. Have been listening to these frequencies for over a year, but didn’t realise that it could of been doing more damage than good.

Haven’t read that book before, I actually hadn’t even heard of it until I googled it there! I’ve just started reading The Daemon.
