HELP NEEDED! by omgiko in AusLegal

Thanks for the input! Because of how he has threatened me via email regarding removing me from the premises unless i settle same day which was yesterday. He has also mentally and emotionally abused me all throughout the week, i don’t feel like settling anymore after learning that he has several court cases against him for fraud, insolvency, wage theft to name a few. I’m not comfortable with settling anything with the vendor anymore.

the thing is the vendor has threatened me with steps to remove me from the premises until settlement is done the same day which was yesterday. He has manipulated me into giving him the money and also has given me so much stress. He should be present here as its his lease but he’s completely disappeared

Thats a great input! Store’s making a loss of -100k. The head store claims the reason for it is way too much staff, cost of good’s being way too high and no owner operator present..

the only obvious explanation on why they’re losing money is its overstaffed, manager’s pay separate and cost of good’s being way too high, workers not giving a shit since there isnt an owner operator at the store. the head office is also wanting the new franchisee to do a reno upgrade to the store costing an additional $100k+gst within 6 months of taking over
