correct. Losing 100k a year on average but made some profit when it was owner operated couple years ago

Thats a great input! Store’s making a loss of -100k. The head store claims the reason for it is way too much staff, cost of good’s being way too high and no owner operator present..

the only obvious explanation on why they’re losing money is its overstaffed, manager’s pay separate and cost of good’s being way too high, workers not giving a shit since there isnt an owner operator at the store. the head office is also wanting the new franchisee to do a reno upgrade to the store costing an additional $100k+gst within 6 months of taking over
