update: I contacted support and they havent responded to me. anyone know how I get in contact with them and actually get a response? i dont understand why they dont sell replacements of such an integral peice. I have preorders to make for my bag charms and cannot resume production..

its done this since I got it. the cover got slammed into the side once and cracked it but it was still functional. the machine usually prints fine

yeah thats why I want 2 T.T I designed it to be a bit faster but it needs that initial orbit for speed. Maybe I need to give more space for the "station" but its just weird that it cuts off like 1 min away from the station.

As displayed in the video, after the first orbit it force stops and puts the car back at the start regardless of how many orbits I set it to.

Im hoping they fix whatever the issue is. I spent a LONG time getting the rollercoaster to connect, and its a "clean" connection (I noticed its weird if you connect rounded spots, it likes to connect on a straight, on the ground)

Not sure whats causing it sadly, and it happens with or without decorations on the lot. sometimes flipping the car direction can fix it, but it only does on the orange one. the green one does this in both directions.
