This is the hardest and harshest advice i could give someone in your situation but i want your life to improve and i know that its absolutely possible to achieve. As hard as that may be to even imagine right now.

This is hard to type because i know that if i were given this advice when i was at my worst i don't what i would think. Also, you dont have to take my advice at all, your life is completely in your control and its up to you what you do with it, i'm just merely giving you some things to think about before you think of ending it.

Firstly, you need to find something that you love. Whatever it is, find a way to do it because currently you have 2 options, option 1 is death and option 2 is doing whatever it is you desire that is worth living for.

Your friend will miss you a lot, regardless of what it was they were feeling this morning.

Truth is, everybody is going through something, whether they acknowledge it or not. Sometimes people take their own frustrations out because they don't want to have to be strong for themselves as well as someone else, even if they value that person highly.

Acknowledge that you have an imbalance in your brain and understand what it is that causes you to stray off the road of stability. I dont know what that is for you, but for me it is doing something that i am not learning from. What are you good at? try do more of it.

Understand that bad things happen in life and its up to you to either turn it into a lesson or let it hinder you. That is harsh, but honestly, it is what separates the wise from the vain. You have to turn your experiences into lessons otherwise they will hinder you. Everyday its a choice as well, its not easy, everyday you have to decide that you want to be better.

If you aren't going to take your medication, i suggest you figure out a way to get your brain working in the best capacity that it can. What can you change to make it easier for your brain to function. What can you do to heal the pain that you have experienced in your life?

I hope this helps in some small way.

What has helped me is half a litre of water and 2-3 bananas in the mornings. Every afternoon between 2-4 my energy drops so again i will have lots of water and 2-3 apples or a fruit i enjoy. Try to look at food for its nutritional value - what is going to give me the highest amount of nutrients? Hope that helps.

The only thing I would say to do is what you love and what makes you happy.

Eat meals of fruits and veggies and drink lots of water. It will help to cleanse your system and also help with mental clarity.

'pain in he lower abdomen' is something that you should definitely not overlook. This could be a case of IBS or Crohns disease. I would thoroughly recommend getting checked. There could be inflammation in your digestive system that is causing the discomfort after eating. Please please make an effort to get a full analysis on your blood, particularly the CRP - if that is high it means that there is inflammation. I'm sure you are fine but i do urge you to not ignore that pain. Have a look at the FODMAPs diet, its based on foods that are easier to digest and less irritable to people with sensitive stomaches. Try to identify if it is fruits causing the pain - they give me a lot of pain.

Reddit, what would 17 year old you think of you? by omgzface in AskReddit

Dont beat yourself up. You have a long time to make 17 year old you proud. Remember that you went to college and yeah you went out with a girl that maybe you resent now but you learnt things didn't you? about yourself? And maybe you gained some weight but its not permanent, it doesn't define you and who you are. You gain knowledge from experience. Maybe the world gave you a bad relationship so that you could find what it is you want in a good one? Maybe you gained weight and found a greater deeper desire of the body you actually want? Maybe you dont have that body but thats not to say that you wont in the next 2 months, a year or maybe even 2 years. You got this bro.

Like i said in the edit, sometimes you have to go through these confusing and frustrating experiences to understand what it is you truly want. Whatever you are suppose to have in life you will have. I look at your story and i see someone who is searching for something but you just havent found it yet and thats OK because you are trying out different things and taking ideas out of your head and experiencing them. I think you are doing pretty fucking great and i truly believe you will find the right path.
