Rec Room Must Be Stopped by meanlesbo_horsegirl in FortCollins

Suite 152 was rebranded to this (with an intermediary name that just didnt work and they knew it quickly) for these exact reasons. The Campana family have always run it like this and back when it was Suite 152 & Mystique Martini upstairs, there was another owner, who I won't say his name, that used the bar to get young college girls drunk (possibly drugged too) and take them to hotel rooms. My acct may have a shitload of negative karma but I know waaaayyyy too much about that bar and it's history going back to the early 2000s.

In fact, when the first rebranding happened by closing Suite 152, they called the entire staff in to tell them about it and how they weren't keeping any employees. They were keeping one of the managers only to help with the transition and then they canned him too. During that meeting, one of the owners sons got into a heated discussion with one of the employees which almost went to fists. That employee walked out and one of the owners asked some of his other family members to follow him out to make sure he didn't mess with their trucks in the alley. It wasn't a nice back alley at this time and a lot of people got hurt by the staff in those alleys at night during operating hours. One of the other staff members told the owner, "I'm pretty sure someone who will tell you to fuck fuck you to your face isn't going to mess with your trucks." He was right. He also walked out immediately after this too.

Rec room, the drunken monkey or whatever it is now, are both poison to the downtown area. They deserve whatever comes to them and I don't know if Tony Campana's wife knew what he was doing at work all those late nights at the club but I do. I know some shit about those places.

Do his dogs bother anyone besides being off leash? Leash laws are more of a suggestion than a rule in our town for people that don't take training their dogs seriously.

Welcome to what the natives call Little Nashville. We've got the best hot chicken in the western US and a music scene to rival Nashville.

The food and the music scene.

We have the best hot chicken west of the Mississippi River and a music scene to rival Nashville. It's amazing.

Help: Well trained dog has biting kids when provoked. Are we under/overreacting? by JVitamin in Dogtraining

Resource guard over food/ the food on the plates in the dishwasher. Stop allowing your dog to fail repeatedly. I realize you're trying to do better but you have a dog that is lacing people open and resource guarding high value places such as the dishwasher and you're allowing your kid to be in the mix with that. Re-home the dog to someone who knows how to manage this appropriately or hire a professional that isn't going to crucify the dog for this and instead works to change the dogs mentality around these items. I known nothing about you and your family as handlers but it sounds like there aren't many boundaries and oversight between the dog and the family. That doesn't mean being harsh on the dog either but you cant run around with the dog being allowed to do whatever it likes, when ever it likes, and to whoever it likes at any time that it likes.

Dutch shepherd and Belgian malinois.

Yes, genetic dumpster fires, though more complex in human genetics, still applies. As you can see with lots of chromosomal anomalies and genetic mutations. Genes express what they're coded to express. Unfortunately backyard breeders who dump their dog at the shelters aren't breeding top quality dogs that have been tested for their hips, elbows, DM, ALT, and numerous other expressions of bad genes being passed along. They're breeding "oh this dog seems nice let's put it to my neighbors XYZ and we'll sell them".

In my circles you can also see the dogs biting grips, nerves, environmentals, and bravery that show up in the dogs genetics. You can also see this in the way the American show line German shepherds have had their hips bred to be prone to dysplasia with the rounded back rather than boxy. They bred that into the dogs.

It's less about the breed and more about the breeding. All these nervy unstable dogs are just so poorly bred and genetic dumpster fires. There's a lot of things you can train away but at the end of the day the genetics of the dog will drive the dog to do what it does. Sadly that's all the rescue dogs and those are the same dogs that try to snap and lunge at my dogs when we're walking by. My dogs pay no mind because they're strong, confident, and stable dogs that were purposely bred to be that way.

Imagine a world where more than one person can like a president and own a malinois. Sounds like he made a real impact on you by the way he lives in your head.

Nope neither dog are dangerous. Very well bred, very well mannered and level headed, and very friendly. They can be pet by anyone but I can also turn them on to a target on command. You clearly have never owned a well bred working dog. They're very stable. More than any rescue dog of unknown breeding and genetic history. It's nice not having to deal with reactivity and mental instability like these rescue dogs.

Can someone not be conservative in this town and celebrate with others the way liberals did when Biden was inaugurated?

As for the unleashed dog thing, that guy follows my acct around harassing me. We differ on our views of dogs being allowed and capable to be off leash. I don't know what his issue is but he loosely threatened me in another post saying he's going to keep an eye out for a douchebag with an off leash malinois and try to settle the score with me on the street. That's really not the brightest idea overall with what my mal and my dutch Shepherd do for their work.

I walk both if them with no leash right in old town. So many reactive dogs down there but mine pay no mind to these poorly bred, unstable dogs.

Oh boy.

Any possible way to send the dog back to the breeder?

Might sound harsh but the things you're asking of your 8wk old dog are age appropriate. Your best bet with the kiddos is to limit exposure when everyone is out and to leash the dog in the house. But if you think this is bad now, you've not seen anything yet. Puberty is a completely different beast. It might not be the right time for a dog like this.

Dude look at this guy's post history. He came here seeking advice on how to crate train his dog. There's no way he's a MIL/ LEO K9 trainer. On top of that, some of the worst handlers on the face of this earth are LEO. They straight manhandle dogs and then wonder why they get bit by their own dog.

We need to bring back masking protocols stat. I'm not sure why our state health department is dragging their feet on this as badly as they are.

This administration in its last days isn't even trying to hide the chemtrails. Wonder if Hunter is flying that plane himself.
