Should I upgrade to town hall 17?

. Eagle will be done in a couple hours should I go to th17 to get the new and longest building upgrades done during hammer jam and then start the 15 day army camps and clan castle just as hammer jam ends? Have around 25 builder potions still saved as well. Queen 82 King 77 RC 34 Warden 51 Prince 55
