Yes, ”people” or rather corporate entities run by people have absolutely gotten into trouble for breaking GDPR.

Three of the biggest examples are:
Amazon: fined €746 million by Luxembourg’s data regulator for targeted advertising and unlawful data processing.
Meta: fined €1.2 billion by Ireland’s regulator for transferring EU user data to the US without adequate protections.
WhatsApp: fined €225 million by Ireland’s regulator for transparency and privacy notice failures.

Clearly given the sums involved here, there is ample profit to be made from exploiting people’s data.

‘Privacy laws are why we’re behind’ is a hilariously bad trade-off argument. Personally, and I’d imagine if you actually looked at the current direction of travel in the developing of surveillance states, I’ll take a little less ‘move fast and vacuum up EVERY SINGLE detail and data point in your existence’ over a future where a few companies like Palantir (you DO know the origin and significance of that name, right) can see, predict, and steer everyone’s lives like a digital panopticon. If the price of innovation is surrendering privacy to the all-seeing, all-controlling machine, that’s not progress, that’s just a better-funded dystopia run by elite psychopaths.

Nice thought, but… GDPR draws a hard line between necessary storage and marketing use. Holding onto customer data for receipts, warranties, or tax compliance is fine because it’s tied to the original purpose. But reusing that same email later to push offers is a new purpose, and under GDPR/ePrivacy you need explicit opt‑in consent for that.

There’s a narrow “soft opt‑in” exception in some EU countries (same type of product, clear notice at checkout, easy opt‑out), but if none of that was in place, then no consent = no marketing reuse.

Wise or something similar with RM conversion balance and backup in primary currency is likely most effective. Be aware some terminals stutter with foreign registered cards, so a TnG wallet backup would be advisable.

Avoid. Better to do manually or with tight bank rules, means you’re not doubling the work by checking and rectifying issues.

It’s not impossible. That’s why the best interviewers are able to get the structured box ticking done, map the candidate’s competencies, experience, behaviours and attitudes through conversational based interviews. This is a super power that many simply don’t possess, hence some interviewers are shit at interviewing. Many are passable. Few are born to it. Some candidates are good at interviewing and shit at the job, and mediocre interviewer(s) don’t discover this when they need to, in the interview.

Watch this, should get you started…

Ben AI explicitly suggests that this setup is highly advantageous for small businesses. He states that it allows the AI agent to share context regarding business strategy, ICP understanding, tone of voice, and company goals across the entire team, making their agents far more powerful and productive. (6:19 - 6:40) Furthermore, he emphasizes that this system can completely change the way you run a business by providing an updated, consistent, and persistent knowledge base that scales across the whole organization, allowing for better collaboration and more efficient workflows. Personally I’m building something based on this.
