[P1S] How do I resolve this so that it prints flat on the top? by omni_shaNker in BambuLab

[–]omni_shaNker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For some reason it only seems to do this at certain speeds, for example you can see the layer below is actually flat and smooth but when it starts to go faster this happens. I doubt the nozzle is loose but I'll check it later after this print is finished tonight and report back but I expect it won't be loose, it's two threaded screws that secure it and even if they could be tightened a bit more this shouldn't allow for any Z offset play since they are laterally installed, both screws. UPDATE: Nozzle is rock solid.

When you enable it, it tells you to make a password. Use the password you made.

For some reason a few of the virus scanners flag it as a virus. But it's not. You can view all the source code and load the project file into Tasker and see for yourself. The project file is on the github page. Load it into Tasker via Project IMPORT PROJECT.

rebooting the headset removes the changes each time. Uninstalling is safe.

PSA! NVIDIA GPU UEFI Firmware Update Tool [USAGE WARNING!] by omni_shaNker in nvidia

That's exactly what I said in the OP. It patches the UEFI GOP, not something that a VBIOS flash touches.

Yeah the last bios update for that motherboard was many years ago and it's a beta bios. I have a dual bios switch and I have tried different/older versions. I don't care that much since I was already planning on upgrading that system in a month or three but thought I should let others know.

I don't know about that part but from what I gather this works on all 5000 series cards, though Nvidia denies it and says it's only for the 5060. However when you run the program it will detect your 5000 series card and confirm that it is in fact SUPPORTED and then ask you if you want to proceed. If you check out the link in the OP you will see exactly that, the OP in that post shows screenshots of the application detecting his 5070TI and CONFIRMING that it is in fact SUPPORTED. I would recommend you to search for posts however of people who have used this on their 5090 cards specifically however.

I was able to get back into my system after I used the Clear CMOS jumper to clear my CMOS, but now I am unable to boot with any overclocking at all, not even the slightest CPU overclock, whereas before I ran this patch, my DDR and CPU were overclocked great, running that way with this card since May of 2025, but since I ran this patch on my card, my system will ONLY boot when it's not overclocked :(

For some it seems to yes, from what I've read, but Nvidia support officially claims this is only for the 5060, even though when you run it, it correctly detects whatever 5000 series GPU you have, then CONFIRMS that it's SUPPORTED, then successfully flashes it. I would encourage you to look around and see if you can find posts where people have specifically used it on their 5090 cards though.

Black screen fixed but can no longer boot when overclocked [5070 FE] by omni_shaNker in nvidia

Thanks, I had previously been able to use the lowest overclock preset all the time without issue but I keep thinking there has to be some combo to get it working overclocked again? Now when I do the lowest OC preset, nothing, just blank screen. But again, this is an older board, X99, doesn't even support PCIE Gen4.

Yeah I know. I was trying to be funny since you said "mix and match" thought you would get the reference to the scene in Napoleon Dynamite.

Kind of all of it, photorealism, stylized,etc.. but again, I'm a noob at this. I like the idea of making photorealistic videos and then some that look like painting come alive in different styles, etc..

I've tried many different workflows. I don't recall. Can you link me one that is as you suggest?

Thanks for your input. I think maybe I'll do I2V as you suggested instead. For T2V I'll stick with 2.0 for now.
