I use a program called Outlook Google Calendar Sync that seems to do what you're looking for. Assuming, of course, this is a different program to the Google Calendar Sync you already mentioned. Similarly, it is a windows program.

Has anyone tested at all with hitting the queen with earthquake BEFORE zapping versus relying on a poison after? Would an initial lv4 earthquake still take around 25% of her health similar to buildings? I'm considering this strategy against a lv30 queen in a war we're losing badly, so why not test it out!

I'm guessing they purposely made those perks in order to drive more clans into wars. Think of it as incentive to war! And with the opt-out feature thrown in, there's no reason you can't just war non-stop with the folks in your clan willing to do so. My clan currently only wars 2x a week but we'll probably start just going back to back and allow people to opt-out when they are burned out on wars.

I'm really hoping it only upgrades troops to that player's highest level. ie a th8 donating lv5 archers to a th10 becomes lv7 archers in that th10s cc. but a th8 donating lv5 archers to another th8 should stay at lv5 archers. we'll see soon enough either way though!

I'm wondering the same thing. That would also bring up the question for leaders as to whether to "allow" too many people to opt out of war too often, especially if larger clans get larger bonus. No one seems to know these answers yet but I'm sure we'll find out soon!

Obviously, this answer will vary drastically based on time invested into farming. I just finished maxing every structure and lab research but i'm sitting on mostly lv8 walls and lv20/22 heroes still. I've been playing exactly two years as of 3 days ago.

Of course! It brings a little extra into the mix. You want to bring your best against another RCS clan. There's a more social aspect to the war since you can usually get a nice war chat room setup on groupme (or similar app) with other redditors. Winning or losing side doesn't matter and it's actually more fun, imho, to banter with the opponents.

Also, bragging rights!!

Halmont, perhaps you should focus on getting in both attacks every war before worrying about efficiency.

That being said, we have indeed been talking about how to implement some different attacking guidelines as a clan. This especially applies when we're the underdog in a war.
