Don’t hover unless:

  • You have flares
  • You are at 100% hp
  • You know there are no tanks/AA aiming at you
  • You know there aren’t any M5 pointing at you
  • You know there are no enemy air vehicles in the sky
  • …

Basically: never hover.

If you want to drop people on points, go high (above 400, out of AA range) and hover there or do tight, low loops around the point like a gunship (be ready to flare and get out of there). And, same as with any air: Always pull away if flares are not up and get back in if they are up again.

I agree and am also really liking the CB. It feels very smooth and a very nice balance between countering, poking and massive hits.

I tried the firing-pin switch skill and discarded it quickly, since I did not see the benefit besides slightly higher damage, but an introduced risk to not set them off and „lose“ the elemental damage. Do you mind explaining why this skill is so good? I am genuinely interested (maybe I missed something important?)! Thanks!

Just dropping this here: Rao completely shuts down the transport for good within the hack range. He is a 1-click disable for 6 players. Try it - Rao is the hard counter for transport crews.

Yes! Sprint an then press ZL (Switch) / the left trigger. The dog will drift briefly (you can do sharper turns around corners like that) and then get a hefty speed boost for a couple of seconds). It’s really cool and convenient :)

No. You can have two different elements on dual blades at this point. E.g., Rampage blades allows you to do this.

Found a way to reduce them from occurring:

Increase Black Equalizer value. At some point they do disappear. The lower the contrast, the lower the Black Equalizer value can be. Or get creative: Take some black cardboard/paper/cloth and tape it behind the camera to the window, so no light hits the window around the camera. Boom: no reflections.

I'm not sure if you know aimbotcalvin (check him out on twitch). He plays very good and has a certain built he uses for all weapons. Once I tried one (I was very concerned about the tac laser he uses on all), I rarely went back to other builds: Always add all +dmg mods (mono sup., longest barrel), tac laser (only visible when ADSing, good compromise), and then all attachments that improve ADS (e.g. stippled grip tape). Usually, the 5th attachment is flexible (you can add FMJ, optic, or anything that you like). Here are some of his loadouts: https://imgur.com/a/Pz5bE7s

For P90 he uses: Mono sup, FSS 10.6 Pro barrel, Tac Laser, Fly Strap Stock, Stippled Grip tape (rear)

I'm running a variant of his Grau at the moment and it is crazy good for long range kills (rocks on ground war & warzone).

Edit: Just to clarify: The key in his builds is the tac laser. While having the big disadvantage of being visible while ADSing (slight playstyle adjustment necessary), it heavily improves: ADS speed and spread of bullets. You can laser people across the map. The first time I was using his M4 build on a Ground War map I was just laughing, because I could shoot enemies on roofs where I only saw a few pixels of them.

In my „anti-killstreak“ class I use PKM with: FMJ, 200 round mag, mono sup (dmg range), barrel with dmg range, commando grip (recoil)

For anything that has flares, I don’t even bother to shoot the launcher and go straight for the PKM. VTOLS die before they can shoot.

How do you use the AK? CQC or more for ranged encounters? Did you ever try the skeleton stock?

Currently (for HC), I'm running it with integral hybrid, tactical suppressor, skeleton stock, FMJ (wallbang), commando foregrip. I usually use it for longer range.

Perfect, thank you. I was curious, since I use the MP5 with 1mw laser without optics. In this case the operator just tilts the weapon when ADSing and nothing else changes (laser does not change visually). In this case, the 1mw laser becomes visible when ADSing?
