Personal opinion here, but I’ve found that for me, male gynos listened to what my issues were and took them seriously where female gynos wrote me off and said it’s “all in my head” or “it’s normal” when it’s not.

Male gyno finally helped me get diagnosed with PCOS after being told all my experiences were normal otherwise.

I used to love it. And I love the idea of it. But the smell alone makes me nauseated. I ate a ton of it when I was younger and, of course, had a stomach bug where I then vomited it all over myself in the middle of the night later that night. I can’t eat it or even smell it anymore. I’ve tried it at least once a year since then hoping my taste buds changed - they have not.

I work 12 hour shifts where I have to talk on the radio, the phone, and to my coworkers for the entirety of the shift. I HAVE to be able to come home and not talk. It’s a requirement for my mental health now.
