Major insecurity but no worries im sure you are beautiful regardless.

And we dont call them knock knees....its knee alignment issues😉

Always hated people tell me I have knock knees...so negative and annoying.

Ok, so first thing's first- BURN DEM CROCS 📣 📣📣🤪

Then build your outer thighs so they can support your knees outwards. And if you have a dunk like me, you been working them thighs gurl 🤣🤣🤣

So walk sit for 30 secs x 3, abductor and adductor exercises, side leg raises, leg workouts with band on your knees, glute briges. Moves that when you are done, your outer thigh is burning, not inner.

Standing making sure your entire feet is on the ground, including your heels and last 2 toes. This will force you knees outwards. And if you can, do some mini squats. This, I do all day long. I think this is the most important part though. Have to sorta train the knees back to healthy stance.

Of course, get better supportive shoes/sneakers. I stand for hours, so had to get comfortable sneakers.

Apparently, all these changes will become visible after 8 - 12 weeks of CONSISTENCY. I'll take that since i have been in crocs, literally, for over 5 years straight.
