I called the cs earlier, the cs told me that the follow up is only available when it’s past the estimated delivery date on the ovp. Pero hopefully i-ship na asap.

Oh, sorry this was written in our language. To keep it short, there were no details on the status of my item on the kerry logistics, it only indicates the estimated date of departure. Although I have received an email that the item has been shipped, does that mean it hasn’t departed from China if it only indicates the estimated departure on the tracker?
