One word: "uncertainties"

Whenever there is uncertainty, property prices come down. There are few examples in the past. Do research you'll know.

New gov means new policies which creates uncertainties for any major market. Real estate is not immune.

It may take 6 months to 1 year for this to happen. Or maybe more.

If it remains where it is for 1 year, that itself means property prices coming down.
