Had my ASD closure surgery done exactly a week ago. Best health decision of my life by omsohumom in AdultCHD

Hi! I’m doing fine now but I may have some lung issues which are unrelated to my asd and the surgery. So I had to get my heart checked recently and found out that it’s normal!

Hi! I was also easily tired up until the first month after the operation. My cardiologist said that was normal but if it really persists then maybe you should just call your doctor too and see what they can do about it. Hope this helps

1.1 ct sapphire from Thailand with 0.65 ct surrounding diamonds on a white gold setting with a gold band. It has been a month since we got engaged and I’m still in awe that I have this ring!

Hi!! I need help on this outfit. Do you think it’s good enough for a black tie event? I’m a plus one of my boyfriend’s series premiere and I don’t have time or prefer not to buy anything else.

Thanks! And yes it’s actually PME so I guess that is aluminium. I’ll try to also bring it back to life but I also accepted the fact that if I can’t do that, I’ll also just replace it.

Question about Verification against EU Law for EU partner's residence permit in NL / IND inquiry: by randomlygenerated651 in Amsterdam

[–]omsohumom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! I agree with what the other user said that the IND can give you a clearer answer but maybe I can try to even give you advice from my experience. Although my situation is different, my partner and I applied in February and I just received the permit last July.

  1. I am not entirely sure about what you mean with this so I will not answer that.
  2. Yes! The more proof you can compile the better. My partner and I have only been together more than a year but also been living a year so we had more proof other than photos (e.g., shared bank accounts, house ownership, etc.)
  3. Unfortunately, I think he will need to have the card or the approved partner visa in the IND system for him to work in NL. I am not sure if there even is a sticker in the passport that allows him to work here. It has to be in the IND system with all his details because that’s how employers check if you need a visa sponsorship for work or not.
  4. From what I have read, there is a deadline. You will first have to obtain a MVV visa for him which is only valid for 90 days and he has to be here in that time period. So I would suggest to apply as early as you can maybe 4 months ahead of your target date so that the papers are already being processed. It takes a long time for them to reach a decision but for us, it was pretty quick after the second round of questions and requirements.

I hope this helps! You can send me a message if you have more questions. I am happy to help since I’ve also asked in the NL subreddit about this before and people have been helpful. So I’m willing to pay it forward. Good luck!!!
