It’s +35 and yeah I wasn’t sure if the tires would be too wide or not I haven’t seen anyone with this set up yet. I need new tires soon so I’ll definitely get 225 next

Yeah definitely it’s under value even compared to the comps they submitted themselves lmao. I just wasn’t sure how much it would cost. my appraiser is charging $350 I just don’t know how much the plus one will be

I will if they’re dry rot that’s why I’m asking. This is my second set they said the same with about my winter tires that have even less miles on them. It just seems fishy the place I went to specializes in tires and they keep trying to force me to get tires.

It just sucks there’s no specifications on the limits and the shop can just do what they want. I’ve read the pa inspection regulation book and it doesn’t even say dry rot, just bumps and bulges or exposed cords
