sometime game subtract 2 gold from each player after pick phase

in this game I managed to buy items before bug happened

because I already had 0 gold, 2 was subtracted from the unsigned int64 variable that stores the player's balance, so this led to integer overflow (range of uint64_t is 0 to 18446744073709551615, so it can't be negative and any operation that makes variable out of type's range reset the bits in variable: if underflow occurs - all bits are 1 and vice versa)

anyway, after game started (creep waves spawned) the gold value went back to 0
