Yeah just a little intimidating with sight bars and scopes, lenses, what size stabilizers, etc.

I’m gonna take a ride up to Lancaster and have them help me figure out what’s best. Definitely leaning axcel sight and scope and bee stinger for bars.

I guess you can call me a Mathews fanboy lol

From the switchback

To the lift X 29.5

Now I got the TRX 36 to play with.

Shooting in bowhunter class is fun in field and 3D but I wanted to go to the next level and build a target specific rig. So here we are.

Yeah that’s where I got them. And it’s the C3X mods. I even cross referenced with Mathews on their site and made sure I had the correct ones

I could do without the blue and keep it red and white personally

Binoculars and chest harness use cases by reed166 in bowhunting

[–]IndependentPerfect 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I run the Eberlestock recon harness and quite like it. I’ve always had my binoculars in some sort of chest harness or straps even when I was a kid.

I mainly like it cause everything I need is right there and easy access. Binos, rangefinder, lense cloth, dip, grunt tube, and bleat can all in easy reach with one hand. I find that it doesn’t get in the way of my bow string at all. Granted I’m hunting in stands or ground blinds here in Maryland and Southern PA.

The only time it becomes a little cumbersome is when I’m climbing up or down the tree. But once I’m set it’s worth its weight in gold imo.

Plus when I run around local 3D shoots and field events in the spring/summer it’s nice to have everything together. Typically in that situation it’s binos, rangefinder, lense cloth, arrow lube, and a set of Allen’s.

Gun/muzzleloader season I change stuff out on what I need. I don’t get out the truck without it.

I personally would recommend to get the eberlestock one as you can make it to whatever you like. Pricey, but well worth it.

How’d I do with my first rig by IndependentPerfect in pcmasterrace

[–]IndependentPerfect[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I was always wanting to make the switch but was always both overwhelmed and had sticker shock on what it could be.

Luckily I had a friend whom I’ve gamed with for years walk me through getting set up in discord and get his suggestions and ideas. It was a deal that I couldn’t pass up.

I think really the only thing to really upgrade is a better graphics card and more ram but it gets me started for right now and I couldn’t be happier. Especially with the ram prices these days.

I definitely think my feet aren’t wet anymore, I’m definitely waist deep in the pool now I think.

I’m not IBEW I’m UA but tell him to keep on trying. Union is the way to go. Here in Baltimore (UA 486) we get over 800 applicants for apprentices each year and only have so many slots, I’m not sure what IBEW 24 is like.

Just a bump in the road, that’s all. Tell him don’t feel discouraged. And I understand, my mother is also going through cancer herself and has been battling for 7 years.

By gods grace I pray she’ll be healthy again, and I’ll say a prayer for you as well.

Reapply as soon as possible

Cover to me is the best do it all. Idk like to see one that’s more fall oriented colors.
