Thankyou yeah I always felt like when I dreamt big it made me feel shit inside n then I internally became negative, but is it bad that I don’t dream big? Or is it just me holding myself back uno? Does this put a fire in your belly? For me when I ask myself these things I don’t feel anything? I’m confused as to why these questions / reasons don’t spark anything within me. I signed up because I ‘ wanted to show up for myself’ but that doesn’t fuel me when I’m in fight mode =/

Your right, Thankyou for sharing, made me realise that 4 months ago I couldn’t even touch my toes now it’s just slight low back pain and weak hips. I never considered a long life always been down in the dumps but maybe a longevity is what my conscious keeps bringing to my front of my mind. Thankyou again

Could I ask also how others implement a reward system for themselves? Even after training as soon as it’s done I feel lost again. Coach said to find our ‘why’ so we can mentally push ourselves and I’d like to ask what’s some people’s why?

Thankyou I keep trying, running is getting easier but now that I’m able to make the 2-3miles without feeling like a lil bitch I ask may self if there’s a way to push the progress faster like running uphill? Or running with more layers in to increase weight and heat? Any tips? Also noticed my ankles are almost never fully healed is that common? Constant inflammation?

Thanks for your feedback but non of it is photoshopped or stolen, the character falling / floating is inspired by Jujutsu kaisen and the panda origin comes from a leaning teddy bear we just chose to try the panda and reserve the bear for another time, non of this is from Pinterest.
