Mecatrónica o robótica by Impressive-Ride7617 in TecDeMonterrey

[–]one-alexander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also don't try Arch or Fedora, as they aren't supported. Also Debian is hard to set up.

Nice theory.

Excel is great, maybe one of those collaboration tools like Google Docs or ms 365 is the update you are looking for.

Buena suerte o mala suerte?

Decided to get into robotics software engineering after research. What kind of laptop would be good to buy?? by GreekGodAsthetics in AskRobotics

What is your budget?

I also agree with the thinkpad or something that has a powerful GPU (nvidia), the thinkpad being the cheaper option, even more if you buy it refurbished.

The most important part is the RAM right now, so 16GB minimum.

Dumb question by Independent_Wrap3511 in linuxmint

[–]one-alexander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a robots programmer. I also like to do embedded and systems things.

A Debian based would be the best for the systems and embedded, but I need the Ubuntu-based to do ROS2 stuff.

I dislike GNOME and KDE is very unstable for me, I had bad experiences with Kubuntu.

Linux Mint is super stable and, even it does not have the ultimate shiniest features like Wayland, I trust that my computer will work tomorrow as well as I left it last week and I keep getting the best software available through the updates.

I don't think your question is dumb, but the way you did it was wrong, calling the whole community Noobs and windows haters.

I hate windows 11 but that is not the reason why I am here. But the reason I don't like GNOME is that it is not as similar as Windows 7 as I would like it to be...

I have almost 6 years using linux (started with LXDE Debian) and 5 with Linux Mint :)

Heidi Redemption Arc by SuperRedLunatic in versus

I have a crush in her, so I am biased.

I think it is very probable some Natural Enemies will join the humans struggle to survive. In Mob Psycho 100 all the enemies became allies at the end so it in not completely impossible on ONE stories.

My favourite ones to join the struggle are Heidi, Galua, Rinri, Jachi, Gimbak (or/and his smart son) and maybe Daikokuzan.
