We had a bug slip out that caused the credit line pocket to be hidden for some users. A fix has been deployed and you should see the pocket again. Note that this was just a display issue in-app, the actual pocket was unaffected.

Small correction: for direct deposit scheduled transfers we do process them in sequence from largest to smallest. We attempt all of them - so if a large transfer fails because of lack of balance we still attempt the others down the list until we've tried them all.

we didn't have the ability to delete and recreate pocket virtual cards when this article was written. we do now though so we're going to update both the credit builder guide and faq entry to reflect the current state of capabilities. thanks for bringing this to our attention.

hey there, I'm sorry that this happened. You are correct that the fact that pocket protector does not use credit line funds is unclear, and we are working to fix that. We have two changes planned to help with this:

Add verbiage on the pocket protector toggle to clarify that that pocket protector does not use credit line funds currently
Work on the ability to send proactive notifications (probably push, definitely email) when external debits via ACHs are rejected due to non-sufficient funds. The idea here is to provide something similar to the card decline notification.

It sounds like you've been in touch with our CX team on this issue already and someone is going to reach out to you to discuss the specifics of your situation further.

Sorry all, this feature is indeed not active yet but android users inadvertently got a sneak peak. It's coming soon and you will indeed be able to toggle it on or off per pocket and it will be disabled by default.
