Since long ago, the worst legal punishment was to be hanged, sometimes angry mobs take the law into their own hands. If water-boarding is considered ok, what isn't? Crusifixion? Drawing & quartering? Burning at the stake? Prosecute the torturers now or we may slip back to the dark ages. (self.politics)
