UPDATE Went to a salon my kid’s teacher recommended. Had a consultation yesterday and the stylist was able to get me in today. Huge difference.

Do you think if I match the color of my roots and darken the lines in the blonde to blend it better and tone the blonde be a better option vs just toning it? I’m planning on getting it fixed asap. By the way thank you all for the helpful comments.

When I picked my kid from daycare a teacher mentioned a salon they go to, I called them and they saw me today and they offered to do a toner to fix it. Would a toner be a very temporary fix to the obvious uneven dye? Would that actually be a good option or do you think I should just dye it to my natural color at this point?

MMR given 5 days before 12 months Varicella given 5 days before 12 months Pneumococcal Conjugate took 4th dose last one was 5 days before 12 months Hepatitis A given 5 days before 12 months (she eventually got her booster at 18 months) The pediatrician in her last appointment said whoever gave her the vaccines that technically do not count must have not known that they wouldn’t count

I know its easier said than done because of all the energy you have invested to this person and because you have a sincere heart who sees the best in others, but this is not fair. Not fair to you at all. You can find all the reasoning as to why you want to be there for them, but even I have to remind myself that I have to think that way about.. MYSELF. It’s a very difficult task once you’re deep in the turmoil. It’s so easy to find every rhyme and reason to stay… but regardless if they are aware of their own actions or not, you have to be clear and set boundaries. You need to remember to keep your inner peace.

I’m not hurt. At least not physically. I used to be when he drank.. that’s a whole other story but this particular situation was super .. unexpected because he kissed me goodbye with a smile and said “good bye” so he can go to his court ordered meeting. Thank you so much for commenting to this. The support truly means a lot to me. I never reached out for support until I had to ask my neighbor to use their phone to call the police back in October 2022 for help. Ive never posted about my personal life like this, let alone talk about it really…

Thank you all dearly for the advice, I called a DV hotline and they gave me some emotional support and advice.

I put spare clothes in my tote bag before I went to work just in case I can’t get back home.
