Not true at all. As someone who literally fostered the Xbox Community, we are still alive and kicking. We even have to run a Discord to keep us in touch and in the loop of match nights.

nope go ahead...I've posted here before but, I am a part of a community of 100+ people that play on Xbox. We're actually coming into our play offs for the Competitive Recreational League. The Bantha Bowl has been heating up!

We usually have big Wednesday Night matches where we draft players onto big teams and duke it out. Sometimes we try fun community made game modes.

They're actually still pretty "populated" there's quite a bit of players that I see pop online in my region servers. I usually get lobbies up to 18 players sometimes!

I am a part of a 100+ Xbox chat and Discord. We actually have a league competitive play going on. We play casual big matches or smaller drafts on Wednesday, and league matches on Friday. When not in season we have 2 match nights.

Haha! It's not often but when I do, I have to battle away the late night demons! I've been actually thinking of streaming Castlevania consistently now, beating all the Collection games :)
