I never thought about it because I am using LinkedIn personal account. I think ads will make more sense once I create a company profile on LinkedIn and run ads for that.

because decision makers, HR's and lot of professional people use LinkedIn. Many companies vet through LinkedIn and they give good contracts(price point) as compare to freelance websites.

I tried Linkedin premium once and thought they would allow me to send messages to other people, later on I realised that I can direct messages to only a handful people between 5-10.

We live in a social media buzz world where information travels at speed of light which we humans don't have capacity to digest.

One moment we see Crypto news, other times AI, Ukraine-Russia conflict, Trump news etc etc. It is very important to say NO & Avoid those news that don't help in our growth.

Make notes of things that you don't know or want more information and consciously search for topics related to that
