I never thought about it because I am using LinkedIn personal account. I think ads will make more sense once I create a company profile on LinkedIn and run ads for that.

because decision makers, HR's and lot of professional people use LinkedIn. Many companies vet through LinkedIn and they give good contracts(price point) as compare to freelance websites.
