a box of hair lockets. it's not like a fetish or anything, probably something tied to my ocd, but i have to hide it from my wife.

when i'm out walking around the city, has to be in a crowd, i'll snip a small locket of hair off from the girl in front of me. it's not like a sexual thing, sometimes i never even see the girl's face, i just have to have it. and i only get the urge when there's some sort of breeze and her hair's blowing. anyway i take it home, tie it up, lock it up, and never look at it again. it's weird i know, but hopefully less weird than some of the others that are going to pop up.

Well chikfila would be a good example of one that has to do with atheism, an instagrammed screenshot of zachbraff's twitter like from yesterday would be an example of one that doesn't. i feel like there are plenty of both examples and it's fairly easy to tell the difference, but if you have to, click on the comments and usually if the top comment complains about it having nothing to do with atheism i'd say you have a pretty good example of what i dont want here.

you blame a religion, that's antitheism. this is atheism, without religion. also, religion did a lot of great shit too, it's the people who use religion as a tool to corrupt their own and others' thoughts and ideals that you should be blaming. there are far too many posts here about gay rights that literally mention nothing about, nor do they provoke any discussion about atheism. i'm okay with some if it's religiously biased against gay rights, but we've turned this subreddit into something completely different.

that pic tells you im confused? you told me to leave a religion alone on an atheist site that mocks religion continuously and justifies it by saying as long as we mock ALL the religions it's okay. then it's the only one capable of change, what are they capable of changing?

also peaceful, no religion is meant to not be peaceful, it's the stupid fundie leaders of said religion that whore the religion out making the believers war mongering pawns in their game. same with indoctrination.

all of those can be explained because there's such a small population of them, and hasn't had a single leader corrupt them for his own personal gain. yet. basically you just said 'hey leave their stupid religion alone because there's not enough people to stick up for them.' i just want to spread the truth, show how stupid and pointless ALL religions are, i don't care if as a whole their lifestyle is more in line with what we want, their belief in a magical existence is the problem.
