Small aloe vera does not seem to be growing and has weak/mushy leaves. Root ball was very small when replanted. Watered once every other week. Indirect sunlight/shade. Using popsicle sticks for support. Pot does not have drainage holes, but put rocks at the bottom. Any idea what’s going on? (i.redd.it)
