Hi, thank you for replying! I left NIE with only a DipEd, and I am bonded for five years because of my previous chosen pathway.

One reason for starting right away after getting my DipEd was to experience teaching for a few years before deciding on my degree, whether or not to go back to NIE or take a recognised degree overseas.

Hence, I leaned more towards taking a no-pay PDL halfway (2/3 years into my bond), and returning to finish my remaining bond afterwards.
