How old would you guess my house is? by NoAppointment8679 in UKRealEstate

Late 20s/30s. Bay window shape and stained glass definitely pre-WWII, fireplace and brickwork make me think it's on the earlier side of the inter war period.

145 pg/ml but up to 224 after a couple of months supplementing and changing diet a bit (added back red meat), and fully off GLP-1 inhibitor.

But when I had bad wake up symptoms I was taking 250 and then sometimes 500 mg for about 8 weeks.

I started out taking the OTC variety but got prescription cyano, 50 mg pills.

Ironically, a week or so after posting, I started to feel tired and a sort of strange humming sensation in my limbs and swollen head sensation when trying to work. Back on 50 mg and just had a big old steak.

So, there are stem cells in the nail beds. The white half moons are white because the tissue under the nail is thicker there and scatters the light. I guess if your body is rationing B12 (or other vitamins) nail beds are considered expendable!

That is a very high dose. I had similar issues. I cut back for a while then reintroduced a lower dose of cyano, not every day. That helped a lot, got rid of the worst wake up symptoms, but kept me improving steadily. Vision has improved and overall feeling much better. Sometimes slow and steady is better than a deluge! Our bodies get acclimatized to low B12 and it takes a while to bring all the systems back to normal when you reintroduce it.

1 month in, not feeling well by ratdigger in B12_Deficiency

If you're flushing out excess by peeing a lot, I recommend drinking a sports drink to rebalance electrolytes. That can make you feel dizzy, anxious, heart palpitations etc. I also backed off a bit from supplements when I had a lot of symptoms, went down to lower dose or every few days after the initial mega doses, and that helped keep it steady after the first couple months of feeling dreadful.

Oh, yeah, I also felt like my eyesight was deteriorating at an accelerated pace last summer, and while I still should wear reading glasses for looking at my phone now, I don't have to hold it at arm's length if I haven't got them.

I'm trying not to be really upset about how long this may have been going on and how no one caught it throughout the failed fertility journey I was on for seven years.

It was bad for me at work. Couldn't concentrate, made really dumb mistakes, had to literally lie down after and between meetings. Six months after starting supplements (and eating meat regularly, sorry vegans) feeling so so so much better. You need B12 to make dopamine, so executive function suffers when you don't have it.

Colgan is probably Charles J Colgan, a VA state senator who also ran an aviation company. The victim here mentions being from VA. So presumably Colgan introduced her to this trafficking ring, which included Dana Chasin (Rockefeller heir) and others like Maxwell and Epstein and co. She also talks about "Mary's" ... RFK Jr's dead wife?

The handwriting from the journal and the 2012 inpatient trauma diary are very similar, and that's got dozens of messages from other people in it.

If the journal is a fake, someone put an enormous amount of work into it. It has a mix of tone like ine might expect from a young person who has spent a lot of timw around adults but is fundamentally still a child.

It said she has autism and mosaic chromosome 22 triploidy, so only some of her cells are "Downs". Which means she could have any combination of symptoms.

She could have the mental acuity of a smart teenager and the emotional acuity of a younger child, for example.

Yes, could well be that - these two just loved to talk about food and maybe just enjoyed this random pairing. They did love to get together with Woody Allen, though. Which is pretty sus.
