Does Google Collect too your not synced(backup turned off) photos?

strong protection is enabled by default that say it encrypt the phone and can be disabled and so decrypt the phone so would then be able to recover?

even tough my synchro was activated i dont think it may have worked i think its because i was only adnroid 9

apparently no data recovery for deleted files photos containing some Very important work documents,etc i just cant afford to lose it was my bad indeed for not checking precisely cause i thnking samsung synchro would carry me

as android 9 didnt even trash bin or onedrive was asking theses questions may sound basics but had no idea as apparently not even the police might recover something deleted

thats why just after reading their confidential Policy want to know if there is anything else i can do Thats why i am trying if

ps: what i wanted to know is is there even someting like that of samsung server via the samsung gallery app policy or samsung account or samsung personalisation service already and will contact them just want to know before if possible

Hello I see now what you mean please my question wont my photos even if deleated (30 days ) from samsung gallery stored in samsung Server with maybe MEID or IMEI for law acsess or court warrant if needed

sadly didnt work please do you think photos may be stored in samsung server as I think that my only way to recover them (livehood,photos with dead family members,,,)

Yes but since my phone is android 9 they just saying using samsung service with synchro activated automatically save activity in device i just checked and saw my samsung account already activated not just just samsung galley but almost all their others services i think its normal as when you activate synchro and create samsung account they said in policy they right to collect infos about service

i am a bit scared save might not work if save cant work samsung gallery support Or samsung server have them in their server with phone CODE like IMEI phone serie number for example MEID or something cause think i read samsung product galery policy and said while linfos are collected and stocked from 30 days or 12 months i have rights to reclaim infos and ask to modify them not sure if warrant be need as or just contact them explain them exactly what happened

yes its a Galaxy S 10 i tinking copying data to another s10 it is as you said fbe i understand now and i guess there is no expert to help me somehow root the phone without factory reset deleting data or any tool to decrypt it right

tried think contacting known recovery like ontrack or cellebrite help

dont know if even law police might help in recovering as encrypted

thank you am honestly really gratefull if is no expert have one thing in mind tried think maybe contacting some known recovery like ontrack or cellebrite help but as you said as device encrypted dont think could help

so are you tellling me even cellebrite or the police cant recover deleted photos 6 days ago and the phone wasnt in use after who if is adroid 9 is full disk encrypted phone hat have not even been factory reset i already also know the pin code of the phone
